
The Sales Executive at Dormez Fabrication Sdn Bhd is responsible for processing customer orders, improving relations, expanding the customer base, and managing sales operations, while actively pursuing leads and collecting payments.
Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently. Improve customer relations and expand our customer base. Provide a quotation to the customer in prompt manners. Search for prospects or opportunities and follow up on sales leads actively. Gather market information and feedback to improve sales performance. Expand overseas customer base across all platforms. Actively pursue possible leads/customers. Collect payment from the customer. Maintain and manage sales’ team customer’s profile. Manage B2B platform operation and follow up potential leads
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Able to communicate / write in Malay and English.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential client.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
