The role involves processing customer orders efficiently, improving customer relations, expanding the customer base, providing prompt quotations, actively pursuing sales leads, gathering market information, expanding overseas customer base, collecting payments, maintaining customer profiles, and managing B2B platform operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Able to communicate and write in Malay and English.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
