Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our organisation as an AI Governance Specialist, responsible for strengthening the governance framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Bank. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that AI solutions are developed and deployed in a responsible, ethical, and compliant manner, in line with regulatory expectations and internal risk standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Artificial Intelligence, Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, legal, regulatory compliance, or technology risk
Experience in areas such as AI governance, data protection, or intellectual property is an advantage
Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and data protection laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, EU AI Act)
Prior experience in financial services, digital, or fintech environment is preferred
Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in business
Strong analytical, research, and policy development skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
