Role Summary
The Data Quality & Governance Analyst is responsible for driving the identification, analysis, and resolution of data quality issues across the Group. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening data governance practices throughout the data lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for effective decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with various teams to address data quality challenges and enhance governance practices. You will collaborate closely with business, technology, and data stewardship teams in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the identification and analysis of data quality issues across the Group.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Strengthen data governance practices throughout the data lifecycle.
- Support effective decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Manage complex issue resolution and project management tasks.
- Utilize data analysis tools and BI platforms for insights.
- Communicate findings and reports effectively to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance or data quality management.
Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality principles.
Proven experience in complex issue resolution and project management.
