Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven professional to join our organisation as a Data Quality & Governance Analyst. This role is responsible for driving the identification, analysis, and resolution of data quality issues across the Group, while strengthening data governance practices throughout the data lifecycle. The incumbent will work closely with business, technology, and data stewardship teams to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose, supporting effective decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance or data quality management
Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality principles
Proven experience in complex issue resolution and project management
Proficiency in data analysis tools and BI platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
Excellent communication and reporting skills
