
The Analyst, HR Services is responsible for managing payroll operations within the China Payroll team at Air Liquide. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance across the APAC region.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day payroll operations, collaborating with outsourced vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll runs and compliance with regulations. You will also participate in process improvements and support the transition activities for the GBS HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - 5 years of China payroll operations experience.
Experience in a shared services/GBS environment or large organizations is an advantage.
Fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin with a strong interest in payroll/HR are welcome to apply.
Experience liaising with outsourced payroll providers and country authorities, particularly China.
Knowledge of payroll systems to perform payroll activities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling payroll data and results.
Knowledge of data privacy act and other payroll-related regulations.
