Job Description

The Analyst role within the China Payroll team at ALBS involves managing payroll operations, including payroll run completion, payroll results validation, salary disbursement, and payroll posting to Finance. The role requires liaison with outsourced payroll vendors, resolving payroll queries, participating in payroll process and HR review meetings, and supporting process improvements and audit activities. The Analyst also supports the setup and transition activities for the GBS HR function across APAC, ensuring compliance with standardized and statutory regulations.

Job Requirements

1 - 5 years of China payroll operations experience.

Experience in a shared services/GBS environment or large organisations is an advantage.

Fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin with a strong interest in payroll/HR are welcome to apply.

Experience liaising with outsourced payroll providers and country authorities, particularly China.

Experience processing China payroll and end-to-end payroll activities.

Experience with APAC countries payroll and labour regulations, particularly for China.

Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of payroll systems to perform payroll activities.

Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software, particularly Excel / Sheets.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling payroll data and results.

Knowledge of data privacy act and other payroll-related regulations.
