The Services Project/Program Management Analyst role is part of the Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. This team collaborates with sales, customer service, partners, customers, and technical support groups to manage highly complex and high-risk projects from design to delivery. The analyst will assist in managing projects by supporting the execution of project plans, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality deliverables while acting as a point of contact for project schedules.
