Role Summary

A 12-month accelerated graduate program designed to develop future finance leaders through international rotations, mentorship, and hands-on financial controlling projects within the APAC region.

Job Description

As an APAC Financial Controlling Graduate Trainee, you will join the 12-month Continental Tires APAC Functional Proficiency Program (AFPP). You will participate in rotations across different markets, deep-diving into financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities include evaluating business scenarios, managing financial controls, assisting with monthly forecasts, and preparing annual budgets and strategies. You will act as a business partner to management, providing financial transparency and supporting business objectives while collaborating with multi-cultural teams across the APAC region.

Job Requirements

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Business, or International Management.

Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in finance or controlling.

Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

International mindset with an appreciation for multicultural working environments.

Ability to learn new skills quickly and maintain high levels of self-motivation.

Open-minded approach with a willingness to travel within the APAC region.
