The APAC Financial Controlling Graduate Trainee is responsible for participating in the Continental Tires APAC Functional Proficiency Program. This role involves rotations across various markets, focusing on financial planning and analysis while collaborating with diverse teams in the APAC region.
As an APAC Financial Controlling Graduate Trainee, you will engage in a dynamic work environment that emphasizes collaboration and financial insight. Your day-to-day activities will involve evaluating business scenarios and supporting financial objectives across different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Business, or International Management.
Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in finance or controlling.
Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
International mindset with an appreciation for multicultural working environments.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and maintain high levels of self-motivation.
Open-minded approach with a willingness to travel within the APAC region.
