Job Description

As an APAC Financial Controlling Graduate Trainee, you will engage in a dynamic work environment that emphasizes collaboration and financial insight. Your day-to-day activities will involve evaluating business scenarios and supporting financial objectives across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business scenarios to inform financial decisions.
  • Manage financial controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly forecasts to project financial performance.
  • Prepare annual budgets and strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a business partner to management, providing financial transparency.
  • Collaborate with multi-cultural teams across the APAC region.
  • Support business objectives through financial analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Business, or International Management.

Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in finance or controlling.

Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

International mindset with an appreciation for multicultural working environments.

Ability to learn new skills quickly and maintain high levels of self-motivation.

Open-minded approach with a willingness to travel within the APAC region.
