This role involves providing HR support services to employees in the APAC region. The position focuses on addressing HR-related queries and improving processes to enhance the employee experience through effective support.
The APAC HR Services Hub Associate is responsible for delivering various HR transactional services to employees, managers, and the HR community across the APAC region. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries and requests through HR ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and consistent support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Experience in HR administration or shared services.
Experience with a HR information system, preferably Oracle HCM.
Experience with service center technologies, preferably ServiceNow.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Customer focused mindset and positive learning attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders cross-culturally and at different organizational levels.
Superior organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
