Job Description
The Area Lead for IT Security Excellence is responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive Group IT Security strategy. This role ensures a secure IT environment that supports business objectives while complying with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing cyber security governance, incident management, and security culture across the organization.
Job Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10-15 years of IT/Information Security experience
At least 10 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience engaging with Boards and regulators
Strong understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
