The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance and brand dominance within the assigned area by acting as the primary liaison with Building Managers, leading ground execution, and owning area-level intelligence to support effective sales and marketing decisions. This role involves building relationships, executing localized initiatives, and managing area intelligence to enhance sales strategies.
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly committed, motivated and have good team spirit
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure and perform ad hoc duties
Able to travel
Outgoing and friendly personality
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
