
The Art Director is responsible for designing, executing, and adapting visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Branding, and internal teams to create impactful visuals that resonate with target audiences while providing creative leadership to junior designers.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day design activities, working closely with various teams to ensure that visual outputs align with strategic objectives. You will stay updated on design trends and mentor junior designers to foster a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
5–8 years of experience in a multimedia, design, or advertising environment.
A portfolio that reflects solid branding and advertising design.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) on Mac.
Experienced in photography, video production, and motion graphics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Digitally savvy with an understanding of digital platforms.
