
The Executive, Benefits Management is responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefit programs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while providing support to employees regarding their benefits.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of employee benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for all staff. You will act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and coordinate with various vendors to maintain benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting for benefits analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
