Asset Coordinator at Isarb Media Sdn Bhd - Selangor

The Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and safeguarding company assets. This role plays a crucial part in supporting smooth operations by maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring proper usage, movement, and accountability of company equipment across departments.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing the company's assets, ensuring they are tracked and maintained effectively. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate the proper handling and documentation of assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company asset register for equipment, devices, and production tools.
• Track asset issuance, return, transfer, and disposal across departments.
• Coordinate asset handover during onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
• Conduct periodic asset stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor asset condition, report damages or losses, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Ensure proper documentation for asset movement, loan, and acknowledgment forms.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Production, and Operations teams on asset-related matters.
• Support internal controls, SOP compliance, and process improvements for asset management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure responsible handling of company property.
