Job Description
The Senior Editor is responsible for producing high-quality, cinematic, and engaging video content, primarily for the ISA ISARB YouTube channel and company projects. The role requires expertise in storytelling, fast editing, leadership, and mastery of YouTube-style video editing. This position involves setting and maintaining professional standards, ensuring quality control, and mentoring junior editors within the team.
Job Requirements
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong skills in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop.
Strong sense of colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Experience editing 4K multi-camera setups.
Minimum 5-7 years professional editing experience, ideally in YouTube content, filmmaking, or digital production.
Proven portfolio showcasing storytelling, cinematic cuts, and engaging editing.
Experience leading or mentoring a small editing team (advantageous).
Strong storytelling ability and pacing sense.
High attention to detail, disciplined, reliable, and consistent.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic, accountability, and integrity.
Able to work fast under pressure and meet short deadlines.
Passionate about content creation and visual direction.
