In this role, you will oversee the production of video content, ensuring it meets professional standards while mentoring junior editors. You will work closely with the creative team to deliver compelling narratives and visually stunning edits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality video content for the ISA ISARB YouTube channel and company projects.
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure quality control throughout the editing process.
- Mentor and guide junior editors, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging storylines and visual concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and YouTube content creation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of professional editing experience in YouTube content, filmmaking, or digital production.
Proven portfolio showcasing storytelling and cinematic cuts.
Experience leading or mentoring a small editing team is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
High work ethic, accountability, and integrity.
