
The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in all aspects of sales and operations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of customer service and boutique management in a luxury retail environment.
In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supervising staff and managing sales activities. You will also be involved in organizing events and maintaining the boutique's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong background in retail, preferably in luxury boutique or premium brands.
Experience in client servicing and store operations.
Proven ability to lead and coach junior staff.
Familiarity with managing rosters and staff performance.
Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.
