The Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Transportation is responsible for pursuing growth opportunities and expanding the business by developing new clients in the northern region. This role involves implementing marketing strategies, including pricing strategies to achieve profitable growth aligned with regional targets. The manager focuses on understanding customer needs to maintain high customer satisfaction, ensuring sales account profitability, managing collections, and providing direction to the reporting staff.
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in freight selling and management capacity (Freight forwarding).
Candidates with proven Sales Account Management and/or hunting sales experience will be an added advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English as well as Bahasa Malay.
Candidate with Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
Possess own transport and a valid license.
