
The Sales Manager is responsible for pursuing growth opportunities and expanding the business in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Transportation sector. This role significantly impacts the company's success by developing new client relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies in the northern region.
The Sales Manager will engage in daily activities focused on client acquisition and relationship management within a dynamic work environment. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in freight selling and management capacity (Freight forwarding).
Proven Sales Account Management and/or hunting sales experience is an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malay.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
Possess own transport and a valid license.
