Job Description

The Sales Manager will engage in daily activities focused on client acquisition and relationship management within a dynamic work environment. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and develop new client relationships in the northern region.
  • Implement marketing strategies to achieve profitable growth.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Ensure sales account profitability and manage collections.
  • Provide direction and support to the reporting staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in freight selling and management capacity (Freight forwarding).

Proven Sales Account Management and/or hunting sales experience is an advantage.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malay.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.

Possess own transport and a valid license.
