Job Description

The Boutique Welcome Host role involves working within a retail and luxury boutique environment, requiring a strong background in retail, particularly with premium brands. The position includes client servicing, store operations, and sales experience, alongside leadership and people management responsibilities such as leading, coaching, and supervising junior staff to meet sales targets and KPIs. The role demands operational knowledge including merchandising, stock management, sales reporting, and administrative duties, as well as providing first-class customer service. The host also assists with events and client relationship management and utilizes various IT, sales, and CRM tools for daily operations.

Job Requirements

Strong customer service experience in hospitality, retail, front desk, concierge, receptionist, or similar roles.

Able to greet, assist, and manage customer flow professionally.

Comfortable serving guests, including beverages and welcome materials.

Good communication skills in English, with additional languages considered a plus.

Able to handle phone calls and emails politely and efficiently.

Able to coordinate customer appointments with sales staff clearly and accurately.

Experience with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, handling CRM, updating calendars, and tracking emails.

Ability to assist with roster planning and support boutique operations.

Able to manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail in recording appointments, tracking client communications, and ensuring accuracy.

Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a front-of-house role.

Friendly, warm, and confident when interacting with clients.

Experience monitoring boutique access, informing staff of guest arrivals, and maintaining a neat and presentable front area.
