Job Description
As an Assistant Chief Baker, you will engage in daily baking activities, assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of baked products. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing raw materials for baking.
- Bake merchandise according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Cook fillings and sauces as required.
- Monitor product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the head baker on production tasks.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the head baker.
Job Requirements
SPM Certificate
1-2 years of working experience in retail operations management or a related field.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work shifts, including Off Days, Rest Days, or Public Holidays.
