
The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for supporting the leadership of the property's segmented sales efforts. This role plays a crucial part in implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals while ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day sales activities focused on building long-term customer relationships and meeting personal booking targets. You will collaborate with various departments to drive sales initiatives and enhance overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Manage day-to-day sales activities and customer interactions. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market and sales data to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborate with management and other departments to align sales efforts. - Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts. - Ensure high levels of guest and employee satisfaction.
2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Competency in managing sales activities and customer correspondence.
