The Assistant General Manager - Water Treatment/ NRW is responsible for overseeing multiple engineering departments, focusing on water projects and non-revenue water (NRW) initiatives. This role involves managing project development, tendering processes, client relations, and project execution to ensure successful project delivery. The position is based at the Headquarters in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Quantity Surveyor or related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within the water industry.
Proven experience in project management, tendering, and technical proposal development.
Strong understanding of the water industry.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Experience in tendering processes and preparing technical proposals.
Knowledge of government regulations related to water resources and infrastructure projects.
