Job Description
The PROTÉGÉ programme at Salcon Group is an 8-month training initiative designed for fresh graduates to develop practical skills and gain experience in the water and wastewater industry. Participants will undergo 2 weeks of soft skill training followed by 30 weeks of on-the-job training, working with various business, operation, and support units to learn day-to-day operations and real-life industry experiences.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen.
Fresh graduates with a minimum Bachelors Degree from recognised local or foreign institutions in fields such as Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical), Quantity Surveying, QA/QC, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Environmental & Sustainability.
Proficient in oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum CGPA of 2.8 or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Strong team player who is self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn.
Preference given to fresh graduates with no prior working experience and currently unemployed.
