The Site Quantity Surveyor role is based in Lubok China, Melaka. The position involves preparing and reviewing cost estimates for site works, managing claims from contractors and suppliers, handling contractual matters, assisting with construction contract preparation and management, monitoring project costs, liaising with various stakeholders, maintaining thorough documentation, and supporting resolution of contractual disputes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, cost estimation, and claims handling within the construction industry.
Knowledgeable in cost estimation, construction contracts, and claims management.
Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract procedures.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
