
The Assistant Manager - Digital Services / Social Media is responsible for supporting the execution of property-level marketing communications through various channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the hotel's image and driving consumer awareness and preference.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day marketing activities, collaborating with various teams to promote the hotel's offerings. You will manage social media content, support advertising campaigns, and assist in public relations efforts to ensure effective communication and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in hospitality marketing or digital advertising.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Familiarity with managing digital advertising campaigns.
Competency in writing press releases and managing media contacts.
Willingness to support various marketing activities as assigned.
