Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager for its Food & Beverage department. In this full-time role, you will oversee the operations within our leading healthcare facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and a superior dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff. You will collaborate with Dietitians to tailor meal plans, manage inventory, and implement process improvements while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
Excellent customer service and the ability to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and cost control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
