Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Service Desk and End User Computing operations.
  • Oversee the entire IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Manage procurement processes for IT assets.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior IT staff.
  • Analyze service tickets to drive service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading IT Service Desk and End User Computing operations.

Strong knowledge of IT asset management and software license compliance.

Experience with IT procurement processes.

Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements such as BNM standards and ISO27001.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
