As an Assistant Manager in IT Management, you will lead the IT Service Desk and End User Computing operations to ensure high-quality support and business continuity. You will oversee the entire IT asset lifecycle, manage procurement processes, and ensure strict compliance with security policies and regulatory standards like BNM and ISO27001. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, drive service improvements through ticket analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient IT solutions.
Proven experience in leading IT Service Desk and End User Computing (EUC) operations.
Strong knowledge of IT asset management and software license compliance throughout the lifecycle.
Experience with IT procurement processes, including sourcing, PO creation, and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements such as BNM standards and ISO27001.
Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a technical team towards service excellence and accountability.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills to drive service improvements and resolve complex technical issues.
