Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and conduct facility inspections to ensure optimal performance. You will also coordinate maintenance projects and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor technicians in their daily tasks.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and compliance.
- Ensure vendor compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Valid BO Chargeman (11kV) Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
Strong knowledge of Electrical Supply Act and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
Hands-on experience in electrical systems and basic mechanical system operations.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
Good leadership and communication skills.
