Job Description
In the day-to-day work environment, the Assistant Manager - SAP Logistics collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP Logistics solutions. The role involves conducting requirement studies, preparing documentation, and assessing support issues to propose effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting and implementation services for SAP Logistics modules.
- Support operations to meet service level agreements and defined standard operating procedures.
- Conduct requirement studies to finalize project deliverables.
- Prepare necessary documentation such as business blueprints and test scripts.
- Assess support issue impacts and propose resolutions.
- Implement projects and enhancements for SAP Logistics and Ariba Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in SAP Logistics and Ariba Cloud.
Minimum 2 full cycles of SAP Logistics or Ariba Cloud project implementation.
Experience in procurement business process flow under integrated system environment.
Strong communication and people handling skills.
