Job Description

As an Assistant in Purchasing, you will track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery. You will liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, lead time, and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will assist the team in ensuring that goods received match the Purchase Order in terms of quantity and specifications, and record receipts as soon as goods arrive.
