DEPUTY MANAGER QUALITY – KPJ Healthcare

The Deputy Manager, Quality is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements across the organization’s network of laboratories.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve strategic and technical oversight of quality assurance and compliance monitoring. You will work closely with laboratory staff to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all laboratory branches
• Ensure laboratories comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Plan and conduct internal audits and inspections
• Coordinate and support laboratories during external audits
• Manage and maintain the document control system for the laboratory network
• Provide guidance and training to Heads of Laboratory and laboratory staff
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation
