A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of sales or marketing experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in these fields with no work experience required.
Ability to work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts.
Skills in building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers.
Capability to assist in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Competence in supporting operational business aspects such as generating proposals, writing contracts, and handling customer correspondence.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and target customer information to maximize revenue.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and supporting customer loyalty initiatives.
Ability to interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
