Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting and promoting sales of PF & PF-i products. This role involves achieving individual sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer experience and compliance with bank policies.
Job Description
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will engage with prospective customers daily, preparing and executing sales plans to drive product sales. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of the sales center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit and promote sales of PF & PF-i products.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
- Prepare and execute effective sales plans for prospective customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained.
- Comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain the quality and performance of the sales center.
- Engage with the local community to build relationships.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field (min CGPA 2.8).
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and management.
Highly motivated with a winning attitude.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales operations & banking products.
Ability to relate and connect to the local community.
