
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting and promoting sales of PF & PF-i products. This role involves achieving individual sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer experience and compliance with bank policies.
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will engage with prospective customers daily, preparing and executing sales plans to drive product sales. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of the sales center.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field (min CGPA 2.8).
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and management.
Highly motivated with a winning attitude.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales operations & banking products.
Ability to relate and connect to the local community.
