Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager (ProActive) position is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities, ensuring timely and proper business turnover for service delivery. The role supports day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals.

Job Requirements

A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales channels and stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts.

Skill in building and strengthening relationships with customers and community to generate sales opportunities.

Capability to participate in sales calls and support operational aspects of booked business.

Understanding of market trends, economic factors, customer expectations, and competitor analysis to maximize revenue.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering customer loyalty.

Ability to analyze customer business and issues to offer tailored business solutions.
