Job Description

In this role, the Assistant Sales Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include client meetings, needs analysis, and project follow-ups. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with internal teams and a keen awareness of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Manage and expand local customer accounts in Malaysia.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on project progress.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business projects.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Team Lead is an added advantage.

Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and strong business development capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; able to prepare professional reports and presentations.

Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
