
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets. This role involves managing and expanding local customer accounts in Malaysia, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
In this role, the Assistant Sales Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include client meetings, needs analysis, and project follow-ups. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with internal teams and a keen awareness of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Team Lead is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and strong business development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; able to prepare professional reports and presentations.
Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
