The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets. This role involves managing and expanding local customer accounts in Malaysia, including client meetings, needs analysis, proposal preparation, and project follow-ups. The assistant also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend sales strategy improvements and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth business project execution.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Team Lead is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and strong business development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; able to prepare professional reports and presentations.
Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
