The position includes introducing company products, following up on sales, executing daily sales activities to meet monthly KPIs, facilitating conversions like app downloads and registrations, maintaining client relationships, resolving inquiries, training clients on product usage, and participating in company training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
High school diploma or above.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or channel sales preferred.
Fluent in Malay and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen to customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Strong learning ability with willingness to embrace new products and knowledge.
Patient with a strong customer service mindset.
