
The Telemarketer is responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote company products and services. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic work environment.
In this role, you will engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and Messenger. You will be responsible for introducing company products, following up on sales, and executing daily sales activities to meet monthly KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or above.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or channel sales preferred.
Fluent in Malay and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
Ability to propose effective solutions.
Strong learning ability and willingness to embrace new products and knowledge.
Patient with a strong customer service mindset.
