Job Description
In this role, you will engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and Messenger. You will be responsible for introducing company products, following up on sales, and executing daily sales activities to meet monthly KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through phone, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
- Introduce and promote company products to prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales leads to facilitate conversions.
- Execute daily sales activities to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Resolve client inquiries and provide support.
- Train clients on product usage and features.
- Participate in company training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or above.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or channel sales preferred.
Fluent in Malay and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
Ability to propose effective solutions.
Strong learning ability and willingness to embrace new products and knowledge.
Patient with a strong customer service mindset.
