Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for promoting sales of Personal Financing products. This role involves achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the overall Group sales objectives in a dynamic banking environment.
Job Description
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will actively engage in soliciting and promoting sales, preparing and executing sales plans, and building lasting relationships with new customers. You will also ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to Group sales objectives.
- Prepare and execute effective sales plans.
- Conduct sales visits to engage with potential customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new customers.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and operational standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
