
The Assistant/Treasury Manager is responsible for leading daily treasury operations and guiding the Treasury Analyst team. This role plays a crucial part in managing liquidity, cash, and risk management services while supporting strategic financial planning for GBS customers.
The Assistant/Treasury Manager will work in a dynamic environment within the Global Business Services division, overseeing various treasury functions and collaborating with a team of analysts. The role is based in the Kuala Lumpur office and reports directly to the Treasury Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy or relevant industry qualifications (CA/CPA/ACT).
Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or audit background is a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, processes, and industry best practices.
Proactive, organized, and independent individual with sound technical skills.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial applications and Kyriba TMS systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
