Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of ship recycling projects, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with industry standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate ship recycling projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, authorities, and yards to ensure project alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and costs effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage project and site teams to achieve project objectives.
Job Requirements
Good experience in ship recycling or related maritime and environmental sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in challenging environments.
Knowledge of Class rules and industry standards.
Proactive self-motivated team player with high integrity.
