
The Associate Accounting & Finance (AR) is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in managing collection and payment processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring timely collections and accurate payments. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage collection processes by contacting clients for timely payments. - Ensure accuracy of payment processes before transactions are completed. - Submit tax forms and address any discrepancies in financial records. - Maintain comprehensive accounting records for the organization. - Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for management review. - Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets. - Organize travel arrangements and take minutes during meetings. - Develop and maintain an efficient documentation system for financial records.
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks).
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
Strong data entry skills with attention to numerical accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
