In this role, you will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring timely collections and accurate payments. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collection processes by contacting clients for timely payments.
- Ensure accuracy of payment processes before transactions are completed.
- Submit tax forms and address any discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records for the organization.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for management review.
- Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Organize travel arrangements and take minutes during meetings.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation system for financial records.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks).
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
Strong data entry skills with attention to numerical accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
