As an Associate Buyer, you will engage in day-to-day procurement activities, collaborating with teams to ensure effective sourcing and supplier management. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute medium complex requests for the sourcing process.
- Drive the implementation of local sourcing decisions.
- Support regional sourcing strategies.
- Provide inputs to the category team for strategy development.
- Build an understanding of the local procurement landscape.
- Follow procedures to select suppliers for non-contracted materials and services.
- Administer transactions for obtaining goods and services.
- Handle basic issues under supervision.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
