Job Description

As an Associate Customer Success at 8nabler Sdn Bhd, you will support primary Customer Success Managers in nurturing post-sale relationships with customers. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to relay feedback and help document customer needs. Job Requirements

1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or related roles
