In this position, you will engage with senior stakeholders and lead initiatives to strengthen data culture within the organization. You will design scalable solutions like dashboards and predictive analytics to enable insights-driven decisions.

Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in HR data governance, analytics, or data strategy.
Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing global teams or communities.
Advanced expertise in Workday and PowerBI governance and security.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of global data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
