A key leadership role responsible for shaping the global HR data strategy, governance, and product lifecycle to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director of People Analytics, this position ensures alignment between HR data initiatives and enterprise-wide policies.
As Associate Director, HR Data Stewardship and Data Products, you will shape the enterprise HR data landscape by guiding the global HR Data Model, governance, and quality standards. You will oversee the lifecycle of HR data products, designing scalable solutions like dashboards and predictive analytics to enable insights-driven decisions. Engaging with senior stakeholders, you will lead initiatives to strengthen data culture, manage the HR Data Stewardship community, and ensure strict compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR across the Prudential Group.
10+ years of experience in HR data governance, analytics, or data strategy.
Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing global teams or communities.
Advanced expertise in Workday and PowerBI governance and security.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of global data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global change initiatives.
