Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support for Veeam's suite of products. You will analyze customer health metrics to identify opportunities for growth and ensure successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their usage and needs.
- Analyze customer health dashboards to identify churn and expansion triggers.
- Drive adoption of Veeam Data Cloud and related offerings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
- Facilitate customer training sessions on Veeam products.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
