In this role, you will conduct a high level of outbound calling to connect with potential clients and identify their needs. You will work closely with your team to track progress and ensure that sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to generate new leads.
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Reach out to targeted buyer personas for meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Track and manage account information in Salesforce.
- Meet identified monthly KPIs for lead conversion and meetings set up.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone).
A passion for learning about products and services.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
