Role Summary
The Associate - Investment Data Management is responsible for executing investment operational activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data quality and operational effectiveness within the investment functions of the AIA group.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day investment data management tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data services. You will monitor data quality and perform data analysis to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Eagle and non-Eagle investment operational activities.
- Support IBOR and non-IBOR data services to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Monitor data quality and perform data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management solutions.
- Strengthen data ownership, integrity, and timeliness within investment functions.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations on data management activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in investment data management.
Familiarity with Bloomberg AIM and Eagle application.
Experience in reference data, pricing, corporate action, and transaction data.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
