
The Associate Specialist, Benefits & Medical Management is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the bank’s benefits and medical management programs. This role plays a crucial part in managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance while providing support to employees and stakeholders.
The Associate Specialist will engage in daily operations related to employee benefits and medical management within a dynamic banking environment. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective program management and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations. - Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits and medical management. - Assist in data management and reporting related to benefits programs. - Conduct audits and ensure accuracy in benefits administration. - Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline benefits processes. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee benefits. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address benefits-related inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in benefits administration or related HR function.
Knowledge of employee benefits programs and healthcare plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
