
The Assistant Manager/Manager, Chargeback & Dispute Management is responsible for overseeing transaction disputes and ensuring compliance with Visa and MasterCard regulations. This role plays a critical part in minimizing monetary losses and ensuring timely resolution of disputes within the Card & Merchant Operation team.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations related to transaction disputes, working closely with various teams to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic environment that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree holder in Banking or related discipline.
3 years of relevant experience in Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Handling.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with proven analytical skills.
