The Collections team is responsible for managing day-to-day inbound and outbound operations to meet service level and quality standards. This role involves leading team members to achieve collections targets while ensuring compliance with BNM guidelines. Responsibilities include formulating collections strategies, executing daily collection activities, analyzing account performance, coaching team members, and managing disputes.
Malaysian citizen
Degree holder in Business Management, Communications, Accounting or related field
Fresh Graduate for Callers or 2 years’ experience in collections
Strong communication skills
Ability to analyze data and present findings
Proactive in managing accounts and resolving disputes
Knowledge of compliance and data integrity
Team leadership and coaching skills
