Job Description
The Collections team is dedicated to managing day-to-day inbound and outbound operations to meet service level and quality standards. This role requires collaboration and leadership to drive performance and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate collections strategies to optimize performance.
- Execute daily collection activities to meet targets.
- Analyze account performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Manage disputes and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines.
- Lead team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Degree holder in Business Management, Communications, Accounting or related field.
Fresh Graduate for Callers or 2 years’ experience in collections.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and present findings.
Proactive in managing accounts and resolving disputes.
Knowledge of compliance and data integrity.
