Role Summary
The Audit Associates is responsible for conducting statutory audits in compliance with auditing and accounting standards. This role involves collaborating closely with the Audit Manager to ensure thorough audit procedures and effective issue resolution.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day audit activities, preparing documentation and conducting various audit procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to both routine audits and special engagements as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare audit documentation and vouching.
- Conduct audit procedures in accordance with standards.
- Highlight audit issues and provide suggestions to the Audit Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Audit Manager during audits.
- Participate in special audit engagements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional standards.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates with a Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g., Professional Accountancy Qualifications).
Partial Professional Accountancy Qualifications.
Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Competent written and spoken English Language communication.
Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
High literacy in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
Driven to work under tight deadlines.
