AutoCAD Drafter – Rack Master Industries Sdn Bhd

The AutoCAD Drafter is responsible for preparing detailed 2D technical drawings based on design concepts. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain organized documentation.

In this position, the AutoCAD Drafter will engage in daily tasks that include creating and updating technical drawings while working closely with engineers, designers, and project managers. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and effective communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Update drawings based on mark-ups, feedback, or site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve design issues.
• Manage drawing revisions and prepare drawing sets for submissions.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements or verify existing conditions.
