The Automation & Digitalization Ops Specialist is responsible for leading strategic retail automation projects across various channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation within the retail environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration into existing processes. You will also be responsible for training store personnel on new automated systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic retail automation projects across multiple channels.
- Spearhead solution development and provide expert guidance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend best-in-class technologies.
- Research and evaluate emerging automation solutions.

Job Requirements
Minimum degree holder with 8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail technology trends and emerging automation solutions.
Experience working within fields of retail and/or planning.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
