Job Description

The Automation and Transformation Specialist is responsible for leading strategic retail automation projects across various channels. This role involves spearheading solution development, providing expert guidance, identifying opportunities for automation, researching, evaluating, and recommending best-in-class automation technologies, and developing comprehensive training plans for store personnel on new automated processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum degree holder with 8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in a retail environment.

Strong understanding of retail technology trends and emerging automation solutions (e.g. AI, chatbots, self-service kiosks).

Experience working within fields of retail and/or planning.

Any experience in change/transformation or cross divisional collaboration is a bonus.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
